There were some remarks made here relating to self defense.
I made the comment that one of the first rules of self defense is to avoid situations where self defense is likely to be required.
Bars after midnight, riots, etc.
My remark was meant as a word of caution to those who think the courts are right every time. Every honest lawyer will tell you that court is a crap shoot.
But I suspect that he wishes he had stayed home that night.
