President Joe Biden reacted to the “not guilty” verdicts from the jury in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial on Friday.
“While the verdict in Kenosha will leave many Americans feeling angry and concerned, myself included, we must acknowledge that the jury has spoken,” Biden said in a statement released by the White House.
The president said he would continue working to “heal our country’s wounds” until “every American is treated equally, with fairness and dignity.” He called for protests of the verdict

Really took the residential unifying leadership high ground didn’t he?
Every day I see a new level of stupidity, outrageous behavior and crass chutzpah. They just don’t care what mayhem they create. Mayhem is their mission.

A lot of people were “angry and concerned” about the election fraud too, some of them now in jail for their peaceful protests. Apparently this peaceful protest thing only works in one direction for some people.
Let’s go Brandon.

Joe wasn't President when h subliminally suggested Kyle Rittenhouse was a
white supremacist. Maybe as President he can't be sued for things he does as President, but he wasn't President when he tried to smear Kyle Rittenhouse.
Of course, one could also argue that Biden isn't President because fraud vitiates everything, per U.S. v Throckmorton, and Biden did steal the election.

we must acknowledge that the jury has spoken
And then he calls for protests to “acknowledge” the verdict.
Can you imagine the MSM firestorm if Trump had said the same thing?

Are Poopy Pants' remarks "official conduct" or "unofficial?" (I don't know)
In the United States’ history, four sitting presidents have been subject to suits for private actions. Suits against Presidents Theodore Roosevelt and Harry Truman were dismissed and one involving President John F. Kennedy was settled. The fourth, Paula Jones’ lawsuit against President Bill Clinton, formed the basis of the 1997 Supreme Court of the United States case, Clinton v. Jones. In that case, the Supreme Court distinguished between “official” and “unofficial” conduct and ruled that a sitting president may be sued for the latter, but not the former. (from lawshelf.com)

SpongeJoe CrappyPants got his second colonoscopy of the day and he’s going to get his third colonoscopy when Kyle Rittenhouse’s lawyers go through with his defamation and slander lawsuits.
