Several fires and looting were counted in the night from Saturday to Sunday in Guadeloupe in the continuity of the social movement that began at the beginning of the week.
The night from Saturday to Sunday was again turbulent in Guadeloupe, which has been facing a large-scale social movement for a week, between fires and looting that led to 38 arrests in the night.
"Our area has been marked by the looting of shops, especially in the commune of Lamantin, where a small shopping center was attacked with a backhoe", said the command of the gendarmerie of Guadeloupe.
The spokesman of the government, Gabriel Attal, denounced Sunday morning an "intolerable and unacceptable" situation in Guadeloupe, where the contestation of the vaccination obligation of the caregivers degnerates into blockages and violence...

Using a small backhoe to help looting of shops.
Now how did BLM get left behind the curve on that one?
I realize some use a truck or van with a heavy chain, break windows or a wall of a convenience store or other building and then rip the ATM out of it and take it home.
But now on to the construction equipment.
Foreman to BLM visitors outside building footings: “Hi, fellows. If you’re looking for work I sure can use more men.”
BLM thugs pull guns: “No. Just shut up and give me the keys to your equipment and don’t call any cops or you die. We’re gonna duct tape all of you just in case.”
Guadeloupe was having problems anyway and shutting down people’s lives is sure pushing them over the top. It’s going to happen worldwide unless governments change course…and they never do, unless forced to do so.
This is related to COVID lockdowns, vax mandates.
I’m not for violent acts but the government policies in essence “shake the nuts out of the trees”.
If the government has its informants and undercover people in the ranks of the violent BLM, Antifa, Anarchists etc. they can be manipulated into violence.
That violence gives the governments justification for their COVID crackdowns, vaccine orders and discredits opposition to them.
Haha, wut?
‘vaccination obligation’ my a$$.
The people in Guadeloupe have been really suffering economically, and I think this new round of mandates, which will completely shut down their livelihoods and life in general, just pushed them over the top. It didn’t take any manipulation.
The government of this French colony had to call on the French to find somebody to crack skulls for them. The French seem to have been horrible colonists, much worse than the Spanish or the British, and if they don’t tread carefully in Guadeloupe, they’re going to have a replay of Haiti.
Very bizarre decision to call upon the French. But it just shows you that governments don’t give a hoot about the people and their legitimate complaints, and just respond by cracking down even harder. We’ll see how that goes…Guadeloupe has already had bloody slave rebellions in its past, and I think these people are feeling like slaves even if they technically are free.
Sorry, I don’t give a shit what the leftists say anymore. They are coming for us and it doesn’t matter what we think so why return the favor, so that you can feel righteous when they slit our throats?
Technically it and Martinique are french departments just like any on the continent
Like Algeria once was
And French Guiana still is. Devils island
They are mad over vax mandates
It’s not a BLM thing
Departments are like small states in French
Like our large counties
Communes are the next smallest govt district
Regions the next largest
In England or Brit Caribbean they do regions then counties and down to parishes
No, this is not a racial thing, but Guadaloupe has a long history of a big racial divide and lots of animosity. The poorest people there are still the black people. They have suffered a great deal recently (from an economic point of view, ranging from inflation to unemployment) and they were poor to begin with, so I think this is just the final straw for them.
If you ever watch ‘Death in Paradise’ it is filmed on Guadeloupe. Beautiful island but if you pay attention, the divide between rich Europeans and the locals is very clear.
Guadeloupe is a Department of France and includes St.Martin and St. Barts. As such the gendarmerie as national guard is called to restore order.
The governments intend to provoke this sort of show, it justifies use of a heavier hand.
