You want to know why Russia is resurgent, why China is arguably already ahead of us in several key technical areas? It is precisely because of this kind of "woke" BS. While we are putting unqualified people in positions to satisfy someone's arbitrary sense of "fair" our adversaries are promoting and using the best people for the job, period. While we waste time and resources on "LGBTQ awareness" and "diversity training" and "critical race theory" our adversaries are performing engineering studies and tests.
We once dominated the world, politically, economically, and militarily. Today the only thing we can justly say we dominate in is fodder for late night comedians.

Communist run countries or sates can require whatever they wish with impunity. The law is what they say it is when they say it.
Well qualified women should sit on boards. I have no problem
with that. Is it a government mandate to speed up the
process? NO!
This is just one more political move by the Democrats to buy
the female vote.
Muddy headed women will fall for it, thinking the Democrats
really care about them, as the same party deviously intends
to destroy their children, families, and their society.

Good. I vote against reappointing every female board person in every proxy I submit. There may be some women that are not there as tokens but how can you tell? Companies are too ready to go WOKE and to hell with merit. I won’t help them play the equality of outcome game.
