Expect to be stranded on the side of the road if you drift to the edge of the lane one too many times.
I’m more interested it what will happen when peoples cars just shut off/slow down suddenly in the fast lane on a crowded highway.
I’m sure that won’t cause any safety issues.
Should be great for dodging pot holes in the spring, too.
...or shut off in the middle of a railroad crossing, or on one of those narrow mountain roads, with no shoulder, sheer rock on one side, and a thousand foot drop on the other. Not to mention some poor sap trying to drive to the emergency room because they're dying, and the freaking car thinks they're "impaired" and turns itself off.
PREDICTION: the federal government will eventually exempt its own vehicles from these asinine requirements...
