Good point. I was half listening to her story. Maybe not refugee, in her case. But, for some reason, they were placed in NJ, all eventually in one apartment for some time.

The PN story was definitely refugee. Something about a civil war on the island? Her family was actually Philipino, I believe?

Yes. My wife sold something on eBay this week, printed up a shipping label for Carolina, PR. Then discovered it meant Puerto Rico and not in the eastern states. Thought she specified the sale was only for within the USA. Oops, it is part of the USA. She shipped it today and hopes it gets there okay.
