While the country awaits Trump’s official decision about 2024, one clear thing is that Mike Pence will not be his running mate. Trump reportedly considered Pence’s certifying of the 2020 election to be an act of disloyalty. It wasn’t—Pence had no authority to refuse to certify the election.
Former Trump advisor Michael Caputo suggested that whoever Trump picks “will have to be loyal, and they’ll have to denounce what happened in 2020. If they don’t, they’re disqualified.”
Does that disqualify Pence? Not necessarily. In a recent interview with CBN News, Pence acknowledged there were “irregularities” in the 2020 election.
“On January 6th, I said that I believe there were irregularities about which I was concerned, and I wanted them to have a fair hearing before the Congress,” Pence said. “But from the founding of this nation forward, it’s been well established that elections are to be governed at the state level and that the only role that Congress has is to open and count the electoral votes that are submitted by states across the country. No more, no less than that.”
The sitting vice president presides over the counting of the Electoral College votes but has no authority to reject their votes.
“And in January of 2017, I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States,” Pence continued. “The Bible says in Psalm 15 that he keeps his oath even when it hurts and, on that day, I could relate to that sentiment. But I wanted to keep my oath to the Constitution.”
Despite their disagreement on the certification of the 2020 election, Pence says he and President Trump are still close.

It was up to GOP-controlled legislatures to do something. They had the power to award the electors. And SCOTUS failed the country by not hearing arguments and evidence in a timely manner.
What ever happened to the guy who drove ballots from NY to PA in a trailer?
The almost daily CYA from Pence.
I do not like Pence, but he is right about this. The blame goes to the states and John Roberts.
Sure Mike, all you’re good for is to count the results of a fraudulent election. The politics of the Republican party are lethal to America.
Should have done the honorable thing and stayed clear instead of sticking his nose into the fraud and rooting around in it like a pig. The people will not forget. They know fraud when they see it, and they will not tolerate it.
.
Just need the Democrat vice president that would do that.
Pence is Deep State

I guarantee you Harris won't certify an election she considers irregular.
I get it. If the guy truly believed that was the Constitutional mandate, then he did the right thing.
Yes, Pence is right.
Beltway uniparty are the architects of what they call “Quality Control of Candidates”. Fedzilla has been in the business of election rigging for decades. Unfortunately the origins of election rigging were to be applied against enemy totalitarian regimes in other countries. Now we the people are the enemy.
Every election has irregularities. But are the irregularities sufficient to overturn the results? You’ll notice he avoided noting the irregularities would be sufficient to do that.
I was duty-bound to validate Fraud. I am so noble. Let me tell you about it again and again.
- Mike Pence
Fu** that guy
Deep state or not, Trump choose him.
7. Mail-In Balloting Is More Outrageous Than Anyone Can Imagine
‘“Up to a quarter of a million votes were cast in Wisconsin’s presidential election without any identification check at all,” Mollie writes on page 66. I already knew a lot about how error-riddled mail-in voting is — I wrote about that when few would. But just encountering this new fact and realizing this represented just one swing state was another mind-blowing moment for me about just how corruption-enabling and confidence-destroying are vote-by-mail-tainted elections.
‘Republicans expect to win a wave election in 2022. How many points will they have to beat Democrats by to prove it? How many dubious ballots will be produced or negotiated away by partisan election workers or judges? How many urban areas run by Democrats will produce suspicious numbers of ballots that outweigh the votes in the rest of their states? How many Republican voters will stay home because they can’t trust elections run by some of the loosest rules in the developed world?
‘We shouldn’t even have to be asking these questions right now. If Republicans genuinely want to win elections...they have no choice but to use whatever power they have to make those elections trustworthy again. That means in-person voting, with ID, for everyone except the truly disabled, and returning to an election day, not an election season.’
