Yes, I’ve seen this.

Some of what she says... I don’t want to say she’s lying, but some of it doesn’t seem right to me. I think at the very least she’s misunderstood some things. COVID detention is *not* being used as a punishment for example. I can understand she might feel that way, and the difference between 14 days as a punishment, and 14 days because it’s a quarantine incubation period probably doesn’t seem meaningfully different to her.

But some of it is certainly accurate.

As I’ve said though, this is down to a local government - in her case, that of the Northern Territory - not the Australian government.

And it’s confined to a small number of people in particular circumstances.

One of things that I have noticed during the last 2 years of this panic is that nearly all those classified lies have turned out to be true. It make the old adage that where there is smoke, there is fire.

It is too bad that the Aussies gave up their guns.
