We had good luck with pushhealth.com, connected with a dr with a telehealth appt who called it into our local pharmacy. The doc we found is close enough that we plan to make him our new GP (he had great reviews even before covid). But it’s all about the doc you get matched with.

You can get the horse paste from Big Dee’s Tack and Vet Supplies. At least least two weeks ago.
