They’re not saying they wouldn’t vote for him if he were the nominee. It’s more like they’re saying that he wouldn’t be their first choice. In other words, they would prefer that imaginary ideal candidate that everybody is always waiting for before the primaries and that everybody convinces themselves would have won afterwards. If that candidate doesn’t show up, we’ll see what happens.

I’ve read all 13 (so far) Kash Patel devolution articles. He uses lots of actual events intermeshed with relevant EO’s and PEADs. It’s a puzzle whose pieces fit quite well together.

If PEADs are Constitutional as part of Executive power, then Yes, in accordance with the Constitution.
There could be reasonable debate on if PEADs are Constitutional. Clearly, C-BS and Ted Koppel and the left would prefer that it was not.
