Schmitt, Hartzler, Long - Schmitt has made a name for himself this year fighting the covid insanity mandates.

Hartzler seems to be MAGA and has plenty of money.

Long seems MAGA but is old.

This is the same guy (Hugh) who things Chris Todd is a honest and unbiased “journalist”.

Hugh, I like you, I do, but you and Michael Medved, are basically the mouthpieces for the GOPe.

The earth has shifted, and I really don’t think you fully grasp that.

Grietens cheated on his wife, then lied about it; only fessing up when irrefutably caught. If he would cheat and lie over something that is supposedly sacred, then what chance do Missourians have when he’s offered the temptations to sell out his constituents that such a high office will bring. I move out of MO in Oct; if I were there, no way would I vote for him.

Hugh is a GOPe “conservative”... he’s not a bad guy, but he’s not an “American First” conservative.

He and Medved pretty much represent the GOPe... the old school wait your turn, hold your nose, uniparty throw conservatism a bone and some lip service at election time... folks.

Hugh is a bit better than Medved, but both pretty much represent the McCain/Dole types in the party, and don’t seem to realize the earth has shifted tremendously.

I will not hold my nose and vote for a GOPe/Uniparty hack, period... never again.

Unfortunately my state GOP (PA) seems bound and determined to push another one on me.... with this OZ idiot. Sadly his celebrity may make him the nominee, but I really really hope someone shows up to take him out because he’ll just be another Spectre/Toomey, and pay some lip service occasionally but just tow the uniparty/rino line most of the time.

Parnell gave me hope, this guy, not a chance in hell I will ever vote for him.... Unless Trump jumps in and backs someone else though I think we are stuck with him... even if he does win the general he’ll just be another murkowski

Hartzler is actually pretty impressive.

Hartzler entered the Republican primary for Missouri’s 4th congressional district, which at the time was held by 17-term Democratic incumbent Ike Skelton. She won a seven-way primary with 40% of the vote.

Hartzler won the November 2 general election with 50.43% of the vote. She is the first Republican to represent the district since 1955, and only the second since the Great Depression.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vicky_Hartzler#Political_positions

Already has experience in DC as a member of the house for almost ten years. Been in plenty of committees including Ag and armed forces. Very conservative and very pro-Trump. She knows 2020 was stolen.

On December 10, 2020, Hartzler was one of 126 Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives to sign an amicus brief in support of Texas v. Pennsylvania, a lawsuit filed at the United States Supreme Court contesting the results of the 2020 presidential election.[15] The Supreme Court declined to hear the case on the basis that Texas lacked standing under Article III of the Constitution to challenge the results of an election held by another state.[16][17][18] House Speaker Nancy Pelosi issued a statement that called signing the amicus brief an act of election subversion. She also reprimanded Hartzler and the other House members who supported the lawsuit: “The 126 Republican Members that signed onto this lawsuit brought dishonor to the House. Instead of upholding their oath to support and defend the Constitution, they chose to subvert the Constitution and undermine public trust in our sacred democratic institutions.”[19][20]

Hartzler was one of the 139 Republican representatives who voted to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Congress at the 2021 United States Electoral College vote count.[21]

If Trump endorses her, she’s in imho.

And that’s fine... However Hugh telling Trump stay away... come on...

Hugh is the Dole/McCain/Uniparty/GOPe guy... not a bad guy... but that’s where he is and always will be...

Hell he still tries to defend Chuck Todd as a great journalist.

Hartzler is my Congresscritter. She seems OK, but doesn’t strike me as having the stature for the Senate. I don’t have any complaints about her, but I am leaning towards Schmitt in the primary.

Hey, didn’t Hugh Hewitt back in 2016 warn us about the 17 intelligence agencies confirming the veracity of the Steele Dossier?

“Unfortunately my state GOP (PA) seems bound and determined to push another one on me.... with this OZ idiot.”

Just what we need here in PA — a third Senator from New Jersey. But the Oz personality cult combined with the fact that every other Republican in the race (currently) is a small-time nobody certainly makes him the heavy favorite in the primary.

The best chance we have is if Nazi-nutjob Fetterman wins the Democrat primary; however the string-pullers will likely make sure that “moderate” pretty boy/Pelosi puppet Conor Lamb wins instead.

John 8:1-11

There are a whole slew of Proverbs about discretion. I never said I was without sin. I'm also not going to run for a political position that I could screw over hundreds of thousands of people when my passions take control of my morals.

Honestly, I don't care about that. I don't pay much attention to what former President Trump says at this point. He screwed the pooch by letting the lefties steal the election. He is such a political genius the likes of Biden and crew out maneuvered him. Moreover, I won't vote for anyone with Trump as their last name, no matter their politics, because we don't need anymore political dynasties in the US.
