Conservative talk show host Hugh Hewitt pleaded with former President Trump to not endorse disgraced former Gov. Eric Greitens in the Missouri Senate race.
On “The Hugh Hewitt Show” Wednesday, Hewitt begged Trump not to endorse Greitens, saying Republicans would lose the Senate seat if he did so.
“Please don’t, please don’t endorse Eric Greitens. That’s a nightmare, Mr. President. We’ll lose that seat. But that’s Hugh Hewitt’s opinion, not yours,” Hewitt said.

Why should Trump listen to this Romney-loving RINO?
Hewitt usually picks the GOPe RINO candidate.

They gave up the big-time cheating in Missouri in 2012.
Depends on who they would be up against in the primary. It’s something to think about I suppose but if it’s just another RINO I fail to see the point
Some Missourians are very conservative and Christian and might not vote for a guy who cheated on his wife and had it turned into a circus show, even if the circus show was not his fault. He technically brought it on by the original act of infidelity. For the Amish, Mennonite and similarly conservative, Greitens is probably a no go. They’ll vote in the primary and if he wins that, they might just not vote at all for that seat and leave it blank.
Does anyone still listen to Hugh Hewitt?
I stopped listening to him when he was a full-on shill for RINO Mittens Romney.
Greitens trashing the Second Amendment Protection Act might be part of this.

Greitens is a fighter, like Trump and like Hawley. I was pleasantly surprised by Hawley, given his connection to Danforth. Christians will vote fot Greitens; they voted for Trump.

But Eric Schmitt is in the game now and has been doing a bang up job fighting the vax insanity. He also has more campaign money.
Hewitt is a long time Rino weasel.
I would vote for Greitens if he wins the primary, but I would much rather see Schmitt.
