Republicans hold 10-point advantage on generic midterm ballot: poll

Republicans are building a growing advantage on the generic midterm ballot ahead of next year’s midterms, according to a new CNBC All-America Economic survey.

The GOP has a 10-point edge over Democrats among Americans polled, 44 percent to 34 percent. That’s up from a 2-point advantage from the same survey in October.

The survey, which was reviewed by The Hill, marks the first time the GOP has ever enjoyed a double-digit lead on the question in a CNBC or NBC poll. It is in line with other polls showing Democrats losing on the generic ballot, though few have shown so large a Republican lead.

2022 should be a tidal wave but what they do with it is anybody's guess.

Republicans don’t deserve this lead on their merits, but Dems are that bad.

How about when voters find out that Santa is still running a Democrat?

Without poll watchers and lawyers supervising the whole election process to include mail-in and early voting, this lead is meaningless.

An example:
With a 70% Managed/Observed rate, Dems lost 800,000 voters in VA. And NO it can’t be written off as a Gov = less voters. This is somewhat true, but not 800,000 voters true. The Dems spent millions and had every heavy hitter in the state campaigning. They did everything they could to bring out the vote. The difference was that they were watched and no massive cheating happened.

2020 Democrat Voters = 2,413,568
2021 Democrat Voters = 1,600,116

“Republicans don’t deserve this lead on their merits, but Dems are that bad.”

I’ve gotten very tired of the basic R platform, which is: “Vote for us. We don’t suck as much as Democrats.”

Any Republican who wins is because they were allowed to win. RINOs are controlled opposition. They say all the right things but when it comes to action, they’re all talk.

The headwinds for Democrats are fueled by low approval ratings for President Biden, who is grappling with the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, inflation and continued criticism over the bloody withdrawal from Afghanistan.

… and Alzheimer’s.

Just out of morbid curiosity, have any Republican or Conservative operatives committed resources so as to take advantage of the change in the election paradigm? Early voting and vote by mail is not going to go away. Do we fight fire with fire or are the powers that be satisfied with the grift generated by fighting The Steal ™?

Agreed. I’m one of those conspiracy theorists that thinks the red vs blue hat politics is a scam. Only meant to keep the peasants thinking we have a say in gov’t while global elites really run the show. With that said, I’ll always support politicians the media hates with money and activism, and will vote for loser R’s in the general over loser D’s, in case I’m wrong.

Did you see my post? We had poll watchers / lawyers at every early voting place and monitored the mail-in ballots. Democrats lost 800,000 voters between the Presidential election and the highly charged, millions spent Gov election.

A drop-off is normal, but no where near 800,000. In fact, the Dems did 200,000 better than the 2017 Gov Election. By the way Youngkin would have lost to Trump by over 300,000 votes. The way over the massive cheating made Trump seemed like he did poorly. Trump actually gained around 200,000 more votes than his first election.

There are those who try their best to depress our vote, giving, and volunteer work. I don’t know why so many of them have found their home on FR. We must be doing something right. I wish they all go lie down and may their chains rest lightly upon them. Useless.

“Voter fraud cancels reality.”

Then we cancel voter fraud, as was done in Virginia.

Yes, the only hope for country is fair elections. And this likely will require a massive grassroots movement.

I know their was massive voter fraud (with little to no Republican pushback), statistics don’t lie. But instead of not voting, get registered to show up at polls. Make sure, our republican leaders know we want to watch and won’t tolerate their silence.

Don't worry, the GOPe already is doing plenty of things to tick off their voters, to the point where many of them won't show up on Election Fraud Day.

Hmmm...
That pathetic number is just a small fraction of a late-night delivery van load complements of George Soros...

Since when does 10-point indicate a “tidal wave”?
