Extradition is a thing in the modern age, whereas it wasn’t normal or routine back for Bonnie & Clyde.

Would this woman have been extradited if she had fled to Florida?!

She would have faced an extradition hearing, yes. I do not believe Florida has stated that they will not extradite people for activity that is not a crime in FL. Normally it’s basically an automatic extradition except in a few cases even if the action is not a crime in the extraditing state. See the Full Faith And Credit clause of the Constitution.
