(AP) — The Air Force has discharged 27 people for refusing to get the COVID vaccine, making them the first service members to be removed for disobeying the mandate. The Air Force deadline was November 2nd to get the Clotshot, and thousands have either refused or sought an exemption.

Just 27 Airmen? Sounds like they are testing the unvaxxed to see how serious they are about not taking the China Virus jab. These few represent some of the enlistees who probably would not have been offered the opportunity to re enlist anyway due to poor performance reports.
These mandates are the stupidest regulations in our history. Since when are you not supposed to get sick?

How "key" were these airmen ?
I personally think There were a bunch of folks that jumped at the chance of getting out of what they had come to think was a mistake, without fragging an officer.
I remember thinking, after enlisting at 17 in 1965, AND having learned what an ER was (I was RA, Regular Army, ER was Enlisted Reserve ... they were in for only 6 months, I enlisted for three years) ...... Could I change my designation from RA to ER?

My local hospital system which employs 9000ish people only lost 20 employees at the mandate cut off date. A lot of last minute vaccinations.

A coerced employee is a happy employee.
The hospital allows exemptions. Ended up with 99.8% vaccination rate with 20 resignations.

Not likely. My son is active army. Knows noone unvaxxed.
I asked because i have a tiny space in my home for someone who needs it temporarily. Tried to talk my son onto reasoned consideration. No luck, he thinks he is a slave. Which i corrected on the spot.
They’ll be replaced by illegals pouring across the border and willing to get the shot.
I’m sure they’ll make fine fighter jet pilots and jet engine mechanics.
