In June 2020, Bloods gang member Alexis Dubouchet allegedly tried to kill Samuel Diaz, then his supervisor at the New York City Housing Authority. According to police, Dubouchet used a folding knife to stab Diaz in the back of his neck and twice in the head, yelling, “You wanna f- -k with my life?”
Although Dubouchet was a career criminal with 20 prior arrests and was charged with attempted murder in the attack on Diaz, he was freed on bail.
Now prosecutors say he murdered someone while awaiting trial in the Diaz case, allegedly shooting Anthony Rios, 38, in the head early on July 25.
Samuel Diaz is the son of Democratic City Councilman Ruben Diaz Sr. and the brother of Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.
Ruben Diaz is furious that Dubouchet was allowed to go free after the attack on his son, and that another person is now dead. He blames fellow Democrats for passing lenient bail “reform” and writes for The Post that more Hispanic and black residents will vote against the Democrats unless they’re kept safe.
You should know that due to ongoing efforts by New York Democrats to support criminals instead of our community, the Republican Party is looking better and better to many Hispanic voters.
It horrifies me to know that New York Hispanic Democrats in the state Senate and Assembly have voted to release career criminals and drug addicts into our streets with no deterrents in place, putting our community in danger.
Thanks to these Democrats, bail is a thing of the past, and criminals as well as criminals-to-be know how attractive lawlessness is.
Each night, as we watch any news station, we get to see video clips of fellow New Yorkers getting beaten, robbed, molested and pushed in front of subways.

This nonsense got started back in the 1960s, I believe in Washington D.C, when the powers that be decided to release criminals on “their own recognizance,” no bail.
They then could not figure why the crime rate back then suddenly skyrocketed.
Factual reality:
Some cultures are successful.
Some cultures are failures.
Some cultures (i.e. "Dindu Nuffin") are pure satanic evil.
They voted for this. They labelled opposition to this as “racist”, and “fascist”.
Let them reap what they’ve sown.
Finally-—those easy crime rules are biting the persons who started that fad.
The question is: did the ‘rats knowingly let loose a bunch of feral savages to terrorize their own citizens, or did they honestly believe the “racial disparity in sentencing” crap and thus did not expect to see the huge rise in crime?
