Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) expressed his frustration with Sen. Joe Manchin after the West Virginia Democrat said Sunday he would not vote for President Biden's social spending package.
“I think he's gonna have a lot of explaining to do to the people of West Virginia,” Sanders told CNN’s Jake Tapper on “State of the Union.”
Sanders alleged that Manchin “doesn’t have the guts to stand up to powerful special interests.” The Vermont Democrat said he still wanted the Senate to take a vote on the bill regardless of where Manchin stands.
“We've been dealing with Mr. Manchin for month after month after month. But if he doesn't have the courage to do the right thing for the working families of West Virginia and America, let him vote no in front of the whole world,” he added.

Maybe Manchin has the courage of his convictions. That might explain why Bernie is baffled.
He is there for the betterment of the little people. They are little because they didn't do what he did. He doesn't need to follow his rules because he figured out how to get his. They didn't figure it out and need to do what he says. It's for their own good.
Joe needs to let that middle finger fly and come over to the GOP.

Trump did win WVA by nearly forty percent last November. Seeing that he’s a RAT in an overwhelmingly red state Joe is playing the political game as usual. I want to see him actually vote NO on this plan before trying to renegotiate the final price tag with the president!
As my former employer (a devout Orthodox Jew) used to tell me, he had no tolerance for secular non-practicing Jews and refused to do business with them. He said they are JINOs. Jews in Name Only and use their Jewishness as a weapon against anyone that disagrees with them which give real genuine Jews a bad name. He especially despised East Coast Jews like Bernie and Chuckie.
