An Alabama judge who called her fellow jurists “Uncle Tom” and “heifer,” and who allegedly put her finger on the scales in domestic cases has been yanked from the bench.
A nine-judge panel found that Nakita Blocton, of Jefferson County, Ala., had a history of “inappropriate comments” and, as regarded her staff, a “pattern of abuse,” according to Law & Crime.
That abuse included “excessive, unproductive, and unnecessary nights and weekends” she forced her underlings to work, according to the panel’s Dec. 10 judgment.
Nakita Blocton Blocton called her fellow jurists “Uncle Tom” and “heifer.” Twitter And when her actions came under investigation by the state Judicial Inquiry Commission, the disgraced magistrate attempted a coverup, “order[ing] employees to allow her to see their private cellphones so that information that might be relevant to the Commission’s investigation could be deleted,” according to the judgment.
Blocton, who was a circuit judge in the Birmingham court’s domestic relations division, also used fake Facebook accounts “to communicate with litigants in a pending domestic-relations case in an effort to affect the outcome of the case,” according to the judgment.
She threatened one party in a divorce case and provided advice to another through the fake accounts, according to the complaint.

Surprise... Surprise...
For some reason, when I read this headline I had a picture in my mind of a black woman who makes Stacey Abrams look like an Olympic gymnast.
love it when a racist cooks her own goose.
She’s not alone in this - If she’s doing this this blatantly and NO CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED - than the justice system in the US itself is almost entirely corrupted and it’s no wonder we’re having such weird rulings and makes the prosecution of Rittenhouse - especially that vile Prosecutor’s behavior - all the more “normalized”
“Nakita Blocton called her fellow jurists “Uncle Tom” and “heifer.”
Probably a misquote. Called her fellow jurists “Uncle Tom” and “Kaffir.”
She certainly had much more happening.....from all I read she’s a major control freak. Stalking people to affect the outcome of cases is no small thing.
And she is married to a white guy as far as I can determine. Poor fellow.
Giving power to black females of the Democrat persuasion is especially insane.
This article details CRIMINAL acts, yet she has not been charged. What a, um, surprise.
She gonna sue!
We don’t put up with this shit down here
A little bit of power can corrupt the sh!t out of a person, especially if they are already a hateful piece of work to begin with.
Considering she’s probably also got a license to practice as a lawyer, she should be disbarred, too, never to work in law in AL again. Obviously, those malfeasences were purposeful, which should be more than enough if she has a long record of this behavior.
Affirmative action in action.
Good riddance to this female black racist.
I guess she was too busy w/ a bucket of extra crispy KFC to study the law book chapter on ethics.
......but.....but.....diversity is our strength.....
From an article written seven!!!! months ago:
Nakita Blocton off bench amid drug use, mental instability accusations, Alabama.com · by Carol Robinson //www.al.com/news/2021/05/jefferson.
A Jefferson County domestic relations judge has been temporarily removed from the bench after a 37 page report by the Judicial Inquiry Commission accused of her mental instability and drug use, abuse of staff, attorneys and litigants and failure to promptly dispose of cases.
According to the complaint, Circuit Judge Nakita Blocton, who became a judge in 2017 and later swore in
Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin, committed multiple violations of the Alabama Canons of Judicial Ethics. The allegations say the judge or someone on her behalf used Facebook aliases to communicate with, and threaten, people who had cases before her. She is alleged to have made members of her staff work extraordinarily long hours and take Phentermine a diet pill to “pep” them up after having worked late the night before.“Judge Blocton’s inappropriate and abusive conduct was so persistent, so pervasive so inescapable, so diminishing of her office, and so extreme that disrepute was brought upon the judicial office itself,’’
Exactly.
