Worst case scenarios are that the pubs capture one or both halves of Congress and manage to pass something worse (most likely if the pubs capture only the Senate) or nearly as bad which they can entirely own (most likely if they capture both houses).
One thing fersure, if Republicans get the Senate, they won’t March in lockstep like democrats do
