A Texas teen accused of opening fire on a classmate at Timberview High School is back behind bars for Christmas after allegedly violating the terms of his bond, according to media reports
Timothy Simpkins, 18, was busted Thursday after a court-ordered urinalysis returned a positive result for an illicit substance, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.
The terms of Simpkins $75,000 bond prohibit the use of drugs and alcohol. Simpkins had earlier sought a judge's permission to attend church on Sundays. The request hadn't yet been ruled on, according to the local newspaper.
Many people criticized Simpkins' release on social media. "Can't remember a time where a school shooting suspect is released the next day," wrote @rachisawake on Twitter.

A shooter let out on Bond?? WTH!
Any kid unhinged enough to do something like he did has no throttle control. Out on bail was dumb to begin with. He should have been on the psych ward.

Hundreds of DA’s have been funded by nefarious orgs and ‘voted’ into office in blue cities across America and ALL believe in and institute policies with little or no bail, regardless of how violent or heinous the crime, especially for blacks.

Surprised the media hasn’t posted angelic photos of him and praised his academic aspirations.
Tarrant County. Home of Affluenza. Great judges over there.
In some states, his lawyer could claim this was Medical Marijuana and doctors orders to “Take as needed for stress or boredom: 1000 refills remaining.”
It’s a miracle this kid didn’t kill someone that day. Another miracle he didn’t kill someone after he got out.
Part of the correction is already happening, to an extent. The exodus out of the blue states is well under way. All that will be left in them will be chaos, debt and lawlessness. They deserve the dystopian world they voted for.
Just a matter of time until he pulls the trigger on someone else.

I saw one story that says this kid drives a $35k car.....18 years old...he must be a real hard worker
