I don’t believe that his ‘state level’ comments were offhand.

I have to wonder if he’s heading off the foreseeable loss at SCOTUS which will likely lead to a renewed nationwide injunction against federal OSHA action.

I’m now wondering if my tyrant governor has the authority under our state’s OSHA to compel the shots and whether this would be covered under the coming injunction.
