The Boston Globe has published a collection of essays entitled, “Editing the Constitution.” What does the Boston Globe have in mind?
Besides the introduction to the collection, written by Abdallah Fayad, there are 13 essays proposing changes.
Check them out for yourself, and see what you think.
Let’s consider two of the essays — the one on immigration and the one on the First and Second Amendments.

Already a process to amend the Constitution. There’s nothing a liberal rag is going to convince me of anything.
No. Next question please.
Let me guess, replace it with Sharia Law
Go sleep with your camel
Well if an old time American like Abdullah Fayad thinks the Constitution sucks and needs changed to please the woke and the foreign, isn’t it our duty to just shut up and let it happen?
Any legislator who submits a bill or any executive who signs a bill causing a net loss in individual freedom or privacy is immediately executed, dismembered, and their homes (with the exception of the White House) turned into public restrooms.
If anything, an the 16th and 17th Amendments should be repealed and term limits on ALL federal offices. Limits on Congress’ power to create agencies with the power to make rules with the weight of law are needed.
Yes, right before I do. I want equal access to the same weapons the government could hunt me down with. I will start with NOAAs fully automatic weapons and work my way up to Biden’s f15s he was going to use to mandate medical treatment. My job since the 80s has been button pushing so that should qualify me to launch anything. Land nav was a weakness so I may be just as bad as the ones qualified to do it now.
I would also add that any sports car painted rattle can red is illegal. Sorry prince, that includes your red corvette.
The only LEGAL way to “edit” the constitution is by constitutional amendment as defined in the Constitution itself.
Anything else is just more tyranny.
“Abdallah Fayad”
Is he a descendant of the Founding Fathers? Working on the Article 5 convention(s)?
“All people have the right to bodily autonomy consistent with the right of other people to the same, including the right to defend themselves against unlawful force and the right of self-determination in reproductive matters. The government shall take reasonable measures to protect the health and safety of the public as a whole.”
???
"right of self-determination in reproductive matters"
Just because the prog have been claiming abortion is a right for about 50 years now does not mean Mizz Franks can just shove it into a re-write of the 2nd Amendment.
The two have nothing to do with each other unless you can figure out a way for the fetus to shoot the abortionist when it is attacked.
.
After reading the linked material, I’m glad the various contributors published their thoughts. Provides a great list of those who need to be watched closely, along with their associations and sources of funding.
” right of self-determination in reproductive matters.’
Notice how they sneak the right to an abortion in the Second Amendment. Is this an admission that the right to an abortion isn’t in the Constitution?
I suggest that you make haste to your 72 virgins, Abdullah. You will find their beards to your liking, I am sure.
Amending the Constitution is enormously difficult, as it should be. That said, the SCOTUS can still wreak havoc with the “interpretation” of the constitution.
Since when do Leftists care about what the Constitution says?
Lol. “Unlawful force”. So when they come to put you on the boxcars when it’s sanctioned by law you are shyt out of luck.
Eff this c***.
Who the F**K do they think they are?
They don’t. They only adhere to it when it suits their purposes. Leftist and Democrat sameo, sameo.
How about we bring back HUAC?
