Is it unlawful to prescribe it?
No, this is just the government stepping right between you and your doctor...a place they have no business.
Probably where you live, what Party you belong to, what doctor you visit. You get my drift? Privacy, my arse. All those papers we have to fill out is NOT about privacy. The C.L.O.U.D. owns humanity now! And who own the C.L.O.U.D. ?
“Is it unlawful to prescribe it?”
Complicated question. In general, no. Any licensed drug (hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin are both licensed drugs) can be prescribed by any doctor for any reason.
It is possible that prescribing a licensed drug (morphine) for a drug addict COULD BE illegal, if a specific law covering that action had been passed.
It is not illegal, but a licensing board could sanction you for prescribing a legal drug (say, the antibiotic linezolid) to a patient on an antidepressant, because there is a negative interaction between linezolid and antidepressants which can hurt or kill you.
None of these examples seem relevant to ivermectin or HCQ prescribed for COVID - but any state CAN and some HAVE either legislated about this or have delegated to State Pharmacy or Medical boards the authority to regulate or prohibit prescriptions of those drugs for COVID.
