In my last article in this series, I argued for why I think that, for many, the current COVID-19 vaccines could easily be equated to an idolatrous modern-day Golden Calf upon whom the power to free, deliver, and save has allegedly been bestowed.
Whilst idols, new and old, are countless, there are not too many of them that have managed to gather around themselves a whole, well-organized, global religious system in such a short period of time. Although the sentence before can sound a bit funny in some ways, try asking yourself this question: what are some common components you see present in most religions out there?
A deity (or deities) who provides in specific ways for the needs of the worshipers. Priests/prophets/evangelists/oracles who carry the responsibility to convert and communicate to the people how they are supposed to live their lives as per the moral code and teachings of their religious system. They usually are trusted representatives of said religion. Rituals (initiation, purification, sacrifices, graduation, etc.) that allows worshipers access to specific areas (physical and/or spiritual) in the religious life of the community. A set of worldviews, moral codes, and teachings that are designed to affect deeply how worshipers live their lives and interact with others in the immediate and broader communities.

I don’t recall anyone thinking that the reaction to the polio vaccine was a global or pagan ‘religion’.

Yes. Because individuals and most of society knows they’re not ready to see God, knows they’re not ready for judgment. We live in the midst of the daily legal slaughter of the unborn. Thousands a day for half a century. If people would merely vote right, this would come to an end legally.
This expands to hush hush euthanasia of the sick and an unconcern, coverup of those the vaxx is killing. Society is reaping what it sows. Contraception is a near universal sin. Members of the family who won’t let unvaxxed me and my brother come to the family Christmas party or in to see our dying mother, they need to fanatically preserve this life and are scared to death by the media of being carried off by COVID, because they’re not living morally upright lives and they know it. Scripture tells us, little by little he reminds them of the sins they’re committing. Not to condemn them but to save them. Paul said, I long to be dissolved and go to Christ. How did so many Christians get so clingy to the passing world, so worldly? A few centuries ago a Saint made an excellent remark about what we’re seeing currently: “Fear of death is a consequence of our status as fallen creatures. Terror of death is a sign of unrepented sins.”

I only need to know one thing; and JESUS answered,
