I have been taking all those things (including quercetin)for years. I’m 58 years old, got covid and only knew it because I lost my taste. No other symptoms.
You would have thought that I would have been questioned to find out why my body reacted as well as it did. But of course nobody asked me anything.

You had the easiest case of covid I’ve ever heard about and it’s reassuring.
I also take selenium, magnesium glycinate and turmeric and a baby aspirin.
