Have you noticed how many on the right have changed from being for vaccine choice to becoming anti-vaccine regarding COVID-19? It’s so subtle that most of us haven’t noticed, but there is definitely a shift taking place. This is worrisome, because a lot of elderly people with susceptible conditions are placing themselves at risk of dying without getting the vaccine. Now, what if this is because there is a secret effort on the left to push this shift, since it will result in fewer voters on the right?
A look at the data across the U.S. in counties with the same percentage of elderly people — the highest percentages of elderly in the country — shows that people in the reddest counties are dying at nearly 3.8x the rate of those dying in the bluest counties.
The problem is people on the right are so fed up with the lies and propaganda coming from the government and MSM about COVID-19 that they are overreacting; refusing to get the vaccine even if they have pre-existing conditions or are very elderly.
There has been a significant number of high-profile conservatives who died from COVID-19 who were anti-vaccine. It’s clear that many of them had pre-existing conditions or were very old, so perhaps they should have gotten the vaccine.
I haven’t gotten the vaccine, but I am not that old and am in great health, so I was never at much risk; I weighed the benefits versus the negatives as well as other considerations — like whether I would be around elderly family members before we had testing available — and made the balanced decision not to. There was very little risk I was going to be hospitalized.
I came down with COVID-19 in the fall, took hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, and spent only a couple of days sick in bed. My triple vaxxed lefty friend, who is younger than me and in great health, got COVID-19 shortly after I did and also spent a couple of days in bed — his triple vaccines did nothing for someone like him.
The left is gloating over unvaccinated conservatives who died from COVID-19. While there isn’t a lot of health information available about any of their pre-existing conditions, it’s apparent from their photos that almost all of them were at least overweight and older. Conservative radio personality Marc Bernier was 65 and significantly overweight. A second conservative radio personality, Phil Valentine, was 61. And a third radio talk show host, Dick Farrel, was 65 and significantly overweight. Valentine and Farrel both expressed regret for being anti-vaccine before they died.
There’s also a slight similar trend involving other aspects of avoiding COVID-19, such as masks and social distancing. The late Herman Cain, who died before the vaccine became available, spoke out against masks, but he was 74 and was considered high-risk for COVID-19 due to surviving a battle with Stage 4 colon cancer. Less than two weeks before his death from COVID-19 in July 2020, he attended a Trump rally without a mask, which may be where he contracted it.
Granted, masks’ efficacy is miniscule, studies show they only stop about 10% of viruses, and even if Cain had worn a mask, it mainly protects others from him, not vice versa. He was surrounded by others at the rally who were unmasked. But if he had been acting like a liberal, he probably would not have attended the massive rally.
The anti-vaccine mentality originated on the left. Its adherents are people like Robert F. Kennedy and Hollywood celebrities. Even the left admits this. A writer for The Daily Beast observed about anti-vaxxers, “What was once the provenance of a few fringe weirdos — mostly on the loony left — has now migrated into the mainstream.”
The left lies about the right being anti-vaccine. They routinely refer to us as “anti-vaccine” when many of us have gotten the vaccine and merely want it to be a choice. Fox News and Newsmax require that their talk show hosts and employees get the vaccine — or get tested regularly — and so many of their hosts have gotten the vaccine and frequently remind viewers of this while still reinforcing their viewpoint that it should be a choice. Those stations have some of the top voices on the right. How is this “anti-vaccine?”
Perhaps this is why Trump and Candace Owens got into it recently over the vaccine. Trump merely believes a lot of people should get the vaccine, and he doesn’t support a mandate. Trump is booed at rallies telling people to get the vaccine.
Yes, the vaccine mandates are disturbing, especially for the young and healthy, like Biden’s military mandate. The deaths attributed to the vaccine keep creeping up; are now at 10,688 according to the CDC, and many medical professionals have stated that many more aren’t being reported. There are also 1,947 preliminary reports of myocarditis or pericarditis among people ages 30 years and younger. But that doesn’t mean everyone shouldn’t individually consider weighing the positives versus negatives of getting the shot.
Farrel’s close friend Amy Leigh Hair said she got the vaccine after Farrel was dying and told her she should. She told WPTV, "I was one of one the people like him who didn't trust the vaccine. I trusted my immune system. I just became more afraid of getting COVID-19 than I was of any possible side effects of the vaccine."
The confusion has to stop. Conservatives carrying signs that say “Don’t jab on me” could be construed as being anti-vaxx, not anti-vaxx mandate. Stop letting the MSM refer to us as “anti-vaxx.” It’s a lie. The left doesn’t follow the science with their insistence on mandates, because a lot of young healthy people have died after getting the vaccine.
On the other hand, let’s not be tricked into ignoring science too, by going in the opposite direction with overreacting merely to spite them. Could the left be deliberately manipulating the right into universally rejecting the vaccine? A respected, well-known political leader told me they believe this is happening.
Having observed behavior in several large cities and some of the BLM events, I notice that black people often tend to be wearing masks even at rallies and non BLM events. Also, at least in DC, most stores have required masks of employees and anyone entering. Not so much in northern Virginia and Maryland. I suspect much violent death in cities is among a portion of the black population that is unlikely to vote anyway. I doubt they worship much besides their guns, booze and drugs,and their sick loyal customers. A suburban black visitor and I were talking after he had been robbed at gun point in the city. He could not understand how a black man could rob another black man, especially after the recent killing of Martin Luther King. He returned to the suburbs a wiser and sadder man. I had watched TV reports of pro Trump marches in DC in 2020, and noticed while most of the visiting marchers wore no masks, most of the people standing on the sidewalks watching did wear masks. Check out some of the statistics at worldometers. I just examined the number of deaths per million from Covid for all the states and DC. Despite the urban situation, 42 states have a higher death rate per million than does DC. Lots of other interesting information there, for instance the 6 charts when you click Projections in the far right column next to each state.

We heard for more than a year how the virus was killing a disproportionate number of minority patients. Does this opinion typist refute that?
We (I write as one ummasked and unvaxxed at age 69 but whose interaction with others is usually outside) can be anti-vaxx and of-course, anti-mandate, but that means we need to oppose the freedom of those who want to be vaxxed, and blithely dismiss any argument for the limited efficacy of vaccination (versus relative risk/benefits)? I think not. To have a solid case, we need to do more than just read anti-vaxx reports, as we need to examine such arguments as the Daily Kos presents.
My focus is on presenting extensive evidence against the all-ages and conditions restriction, and the inflated figures used for such, and the comorbidities that are usually what make Covid a terminal illness. Mainly using medical and mainline sources, with integrity and the defenders of what I oppose in mind, by the grace of God.
So for every 100 Leftists dying, there are 380 Conservatives dying…

Just coming off an Omicron infection. Similar to my original 2020 infection but milder. 4th day here. I take ivermectin 12mg every 4 hrs. when a fever pops. Otherwise every 8 hours. Works well. Plan to be back to work in a day or two.

And that ya sheen at the forefront of the warnings from scientists and medical personnel warning us about these injections. However, they are then vilified and their expertises and findings belittled to convince the reader to “not trust them.”
Which is not the government education of old, which reflected a general Christian society, but one which "progressively" reflects an increasingly post-Christian society.
However, even more influential has been progressively perverted, pervasive and persuasive MSM which is unprecedented. TikTok has overtaken Google as the most visited website of 2021. Meaning every generation since at least the 60's has been the most Biblically illiterate, morally confused and liberally seduced new generation America has ever produced. Elections btwn a conservative and a liberal should not even be close, esp. considering what liberals have presidentially proffered, and despite any vote tampering.

Exactly, but they are the majority, while the GOP makes no really effect to appeal to the Latinos and other minorities who work and pay taxes, some of whom are coming around anyway, thank God.
However, apart from a true evangelical spiritual revival (and I pray for youth esp.) then the USA is a nation gone under.

She probably never looked for or read scientific articles like those I read and reported on in my Comment #67. I would not have been able do the research and made the comments I have been able to make in the past 2 years on Covid without early experience. My first post BA job was as a lab tech for a doctor studying the effect of various drugs and chemicals on the ability of frog sartorious muscle to contract. He would have me go to the library and reveiw about 6 medical journals and then order copies of articles I thought would interest him. After one month of supervision he would just have me mail the requests without checking my choices. This was about 20 per month for a year. One article was at NIH where I planned to move soon to follow my future husband. I explained my experience and sent a copy of an article written by my boss. I was offered a job with those researchers when I got to the NIH neighborhood. So now I know how to use the internet to do that research. It is a lot easier than when I did it 60 years ago. When you find a good article, it will often show a number of related reference articles, which also have clickable links. Only printing the best I now have a 4 inch thick file of key information on zinc, HCQ, Ivermectin, Vitamins D and C, Quercetin, and other related substances and combinations, as well as treatment in places like Uttar Pradesh (India), Korea, France, and low death countries.
My first thought is that Republicans are in general older and more obese than non-Republicans, which would explain more deaths for sure (if true).

Huh? I was born and raised in NYC and I'm in my 70s. That life experience, along with a rich work history has left me with a complete understanding of the left. There is absolutely nothing I don't know about our enemy, having personally witnessed the end results of their lies and propaganda. Time is short, too short to read nonsense. The headline alone is enough to make me walk on by except for the comments that tag along such articles, which are usually fantastic. I'm not asking you don't read this (I bet you didn't) and I'm not asking that the robo article poster throttle back on ClownHall articles, I's simply giving my point of view.
