Four chaotic hours later, she captured the exact moment a flash-bang grenade, fired by law enforcement to disperse protesters, illuminated the Capitol steps, throwing tear-gas smoke into sharp relief and casting a shadow of the American flag onto the iconic dome. The image reverberated across the United States and abroad in 2021. Media outlets and Congress have used it to emphasize the gravity of the day and to illustrate a symbol of democracy under siege.

Rooters and associates used this millisecond image lit by a flash-bang device, without descriptive text, to give the impression there was fire and smoke from a burning capitol.
That is the defining photo of Jan 6- the photo is a lie as is the whole story they are telling and the investigation.
The photo makes it seem as though there were fires and things were burning at the Capitol. Unlike the BLM riots, nothing of the sort happened on Jan 6.
Also- the visitors were walking through the Capitol at noon- the photo makes it seem as though this stretched into the evening. Another lie.

Fortunately, the article contains the images, time stamps and admission of color and tone correction that make the selected image ATYPICAL rather than representative.

Everyone, search for "Jan 6 capitol damage" and then search for "Summer 2020 riot damage" and just look at the photos to compare. You'll see just how little damage was done to the capitol building and how much real damage was done by BLM/Antifa riots.

No police were killed by protestors, despite media’s Big Lie promoting the allegation that police were killed.
