They should, like all schools, ban Chinese nationals (alien enemy nationals). Other than that, it is illegal discrimination. All to make blacks happy, and keep their votes.
But that is where the money is...selling to the CHICOMS what they are buying. And the Chinese are paying top dollar to Americans who sell out. It's open source subversion - showing us how much the CHICOMS hold our ethical virtue in contempt.
