For a guy who prior to becoming President, was perhaps famous for a TV show about hiring the best people to help run his businesses....
He sure has been lousy at finding people even halfway competent, much less honorable to help him run the nation. Most of them are horrible backstabbers.
He did not know before he got there that most elected Republicans are really just Assistant Democrats.
He should know better by now and he really needs to stop endorsing them.
Because there really is no more wretched hive of scum and villainy than Washington DC.

That was his biggest mistake. Hiring people with prior experience in the government. More people like Ben Carson would have served him better.
