The Oral Arguments on Biden's Vaccine Mandate Were a Total Disaster
Townhall ^ | January 7, 2022 | Katie Pavlich

Posted on 01/07/2022 2:54:28 PM PST by Hostage

On Friday, the Supreme Court heard arguments about the constitutionality of President Joe Biden's Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandates for private companies with more than 100 employees. In September 2021, Biden tasked OSHA with implementing and enforcing the mandates. In the time since, the administration has been sued by multiple parties.

During questioning, liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a number of false statements about the vaccine's ability to prevent transmission of the virus. While it may protect against death or hospitalization, the vaccine does not prevent transmission.

"They continue to work well for Delta, with regard to severe illness and death – they prevent it. But what they can't do anymore is prevent transmission," CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said in an interview with CNN over the summer.

The depth and breadth of the lies being told now before and by SCOTUS are beyond belief. See report at above link.

The only “facts” they should be working with are those presented in the case, not what they’ve heard on CNN or something they think they believe.

The NR “Against Trump” cover that Katie Pavlich signed onto could have caused the total disaster of electing Hillary.

She should be forced to recuse herself.

If the Covid pandemic is truly an existential threat, then why is the mandate only limited to companies with 100 or more employees? Are contractors with less than 100 employees not required to wear hard hats on the job? If I only have a few employees can I let them stand on a chair instead of a ladder?

What gives?

If OSHA has authority to DEMAND an employee get a forced injection or LOSE HIS OR HER JOB, then YOU BETTER BE REQUIRED TO TELL THOSE EMPLOYEES WHAT'S IN THE INJECTION YOU ARE GIVING THEM.

I think it was Breyer who kept saying "Okay", "Okay" "Okay" like he was smarter than anyone in the room and you better swallow the crap he is forcing down your throat, "OKAY"?

If I didn't know any better I thought it was MR. MACKY from South Park who was talking, "mmmmmm Kaaaay".

Sotomayer was highlighted, but Breyer’s claims (statements that HE made!) were equally FACTUALLY wrong

Was there any attempt by pro-freedom lawyers to correct Sotomayor?

Probably the only one holding up the side will be Justice Clarence Thomas.

In addition to being brilliant and dedicated to the US, he has his past. He was brought up in segregated Savannah and went to Catholic school. He got up at 4:30 every morning to help his grandfather, who brought him up. This was after his father abandoned the family and his mother ended up as a drug addict and also abandoned the family. It was his nun at the school who told him that he was very smart but he had to get his backside in gear and do his schoolwork better, regardless of his family problems. He said, “Yes, Sister,” and here he is now.

He’s an amazing person and a great, courageous jurist.

If the Covid pandemic is truly an existential threat, then why do they leave our Sothern border wide open?

OSHA needs to be eliminated.

Good first task for if an American is ever President again.

What gives?

Gifts that keep on giving.

The absurdity is certainly pervasive. I've learned to recognize that when that happens, the weird is the tell. Divine orchestration.

Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad, so pass the popcorn.

They start with companies with 100+ employees.

Then small companies.

Then everyone.

If you get social security, you’ll be required to show proof of serum injection if you desire to keep receiving checks or deposits.

Then comes travel restrictions.

Then comes the cyberdollar which allows you to be turned off. For example, you drive on the highway 29 miles from your home, pull over for gas, your cyber cash is blocked because you went beyond your 20 mile radius from home.

USSR comes to USA.

Where do the SCOTUS get off on bringing their own facts to a review of a case brought before them?

Roberts, what kind of a Clown Show are you running?
