Vending machines will be broken into, and the products sold on the street for drugs or money. If money is required to use them, these machines will be staked out, and robberies will occur. Does anyone actually think that this will be successful, or that New York will actually prosecute anyone who destroys these machines, steals what's in them, or robs from individuals using them? What a waste of money.
Why not just make every citizen carry a dose as EDC.
They will rob the trucks which carry the naloxone. Why wait for it to be in the machine. The blind leading the blind.
