Why would he call MTG gutless? He wouldn’t call MTG gutless. Because she proudly will tell you she didn’t get the vaccine, didn’t get the booster. It’s her choice. But if you’re going a Mr. big time politician and you don’t have the guts to say yes or no in an interview. That’s gutless.
Personally, I rather like the idea of a politician not tainting the decisions made by private citizens regarding their own medical conditions. By not disclosing his own personal choice, the politician doesn't put his finger on the scales either way. For what amounts to a personal decision, I think that is the exact right position to take.
