Trump is wrong on this. Vaccine status should be a private health matter. Now that doesn’t mean it’s wrong to disclose one’s status should one choose to do so, but there’s absolutely nothing gutless about choosing to keep it private.

I had three shots last year.
Shingles - Thought I was going to be permanently injured the number of pains I had, the headache - for a week.
Took both shots to shut up a friend and I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie and wanted to find out if I was going to be injured or die.
Both shots put me in bed for a week, making me feel lethargic and so sleepy I didn’t trust myself behind the wheel of car.
Oh, and it’s no one’s business if DeSantis got a booster much less that he indicated he already had one shot.

Trump failed to protect us from this man-made virus. Caved to big Pharma and wouldn’t fight to get covid treated with Therapeutics that would have ended this thing almost immediately. And then he created the poison Jabs that are going to be destroying mankind for decades to come. Trump you need to shut the hell up. You take all of what I just said in throw in the fact that you left Fauci in, Wray in, put in Sessions, Barr, and promoted Milley , and gave us three fools for Supreme Court Justices. You could easily be viewed as one of the biggest disappointments of all time as president.
And he continues to push the jab despite mountains of evidence against it. The man shows absolutely zero ability to gain wisdom as he ages and that is very sad and dangerous for the United States.
My response would be similar to DeSantis’ except it would give even less information. “That is private medical information.”
But if you’re pushing the shot, I guess that won’t fly either.

If this becomes a tit for tat between Trump and DeSantis, Trump needs to remember two can play the game.
What would Trump’s response be if DeSantis said it was Gutless to Not release your tax returns.
Personally I don’t care about either issue, but trying to attck DeSantis in a backhanded way, assuming that is what he was doing is not smart, if Trump does win in 2024, he will need Florida, attacking DeSantis will not help him do that.
Trump is doing this by far better than anyone else himself.
I want them both to hold a live press conference, roll up their sleeves, and begin receiving a steady stream of vaxxes, with the last one conscious the winner.

To an extent, I can see your point, although I believe he would have had far more room to do what was necessary in a second term, when he couldn't seek re-election and it didn't matter what he did. His first term was marred by RINO Republicans telling him he wouldn't get what he wanted if he didn't do what they said.
