The Justice Department has unsealed a major indictment charging the leader of the Oath Keepers militia group along with multiple other members with seditious conspiracy related to their alleged coordination in advance of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. This marks the Justice Department's first Jan. 6 indictment using the seditious conspiracy charge, which accuses Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes and other members of the group of conspiring to "to oppose by force the execution of the laws governing the transfer of presidential power" from former President Donald Trump to President Joe Biden.

Three months in the future....most of these charges quietly dropped on a Friday, and just one misdemeanor charge which he admits quilt and pays a slight fine. Likely to be another militia informer for the FBI. Mark it in your book and watch.
They were busy "cleaning" all the evidence from Epstein's mansion. That was the first priority on their owners' list.

This contradicts the claim - attributed to the FBI in a Reuters article a couple of months ago - that the FBI had found no evidence of any organized “insurrection.” The evidence against Rhodes was available months ago - why did they wait until now to charge him?

The DOJ indicted nobody as they have no power to do so.
A federal Grand Jury did with a DOJ persecutor cajoling them to do so.
But hey, let’s let ABC redefine our judicial system for us.
