Think rioting at the U.S. Capitol is a bad idea? Try calling Nancy Pelosi’s office the next day asking to get your stuff back.
According to Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), many people who participated in the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection called the House Speaker’s office the next day asking about a “lost and found.”
Raskin told Business Insider that people were “asking whether there was a lost and found because they forgot their phone there, or they left their purse or what have you.”
The staffers answering the calls handed them off to the police, the lawmaker said, who then asked for their names, addresses and other details so they could, in Raskin’s words, “tie up those loose ends.”

Sounds like a bunch of serious revolutionaries to me. Doesn’t everyone who participates in a coup call the government the next day and ask about lost items?
Worst “insurrectionists” ever.
It sounds like people who did not really know what they were doing and they were misled (by someone) into wandering around places they shouldn’t have gone to. It doesn’t sound like any insurrection.

That would be a funny prank call.

Sure sounds like the actions of people who were hell bent on overthrowing the government.

EVERYONE: Search for “Jan. 6 Capitol damage” and look at the pictures. Then search for “Summer 2020 riot damage” and look at those pictures. You’ll see quite the contrast and see just how little damage was done to the Capitol.
