Similar story here....two SIL and niece. All vaxxed and boosted. Tested positive. Feeling much better after 3-4 days. Next-door neighbors stepdaughter just tested positive. Same deal.

Your brothers were lucky. Double jabbed, but not boosted my symptoms started with fevers, chills, night sweats, with extreme muscle and joint pain. After a few days, that went away to be replaced with headaches, no appetite, stomach cramps, and a persistent cough. A week of that was followed by heavy fatigue, and abdominal complaints. Now, the weariness lingers.
And everyone gets a cold?

Your best defense is to build up your immune system. That is what covid attacks.

If I had to guess, I’d say you had the Delta version ... it’s still out there. Omicron is like a bad head cold/sinus, maybe some fever/aches to start & the worst appears to be over in a couple of days.
If you still have symptoms 2 weeks after the ‘main event’, go to FLCCC & look up their treatment for long haul COVID. Also, on ‘The Conservative Review Podcast with Daniel Horowitz’, he just interviewed a doctor Jan. 13 on COVID long haul syndrome & vaccine injuries. I found it fascinating.

If one starts feeling bad, start treating it like you would the flu or a cold and stay home.
All the vaxxed people I know are sick with omicron. All the unvaxxed people I know haven’t missed a beat, myself included.

About half the people I know that were vaxxed and triple vaxxed have omicron, and about half the people I know that weren't vaxxed at all have omicron.
On top of that, roughly one-third of those I know that had Covid-19 now also have Omicron.
All report moderate head-cold symptoms.
Omicron DGAF whether you're vaxxed or not, or whether you have natural immunity or not. Too many variations, it's hitting everyone.
You had the same symptoms my GF had. She was over it in 5 days.

Two weeks to flatten the curve. Seems like just yesterday.
Finishing up a bout with Omicron. Bad headache, horrible sore throat (very painful to swallow), and fever for about
3 days . Now recovering with slight cough and a little back pain, but otherwise good. Unvaxxed and with underlying immunocompromised condition.
It was my understanding that we’re already on down slope of the peak? If even believe numbers because duh PCR and duh mass hysteria number of people going to get tested because of sneeze or sniffle. Pollen count has been over 9 almost 2 weeks now. STOP GOING TO GET TESTED
