Anything can happen in a DC court with a DC jury.
Then by this logic, any member of a party that purposes a style of government is guilty of sedition.
Any member of a socialist, communist, maxi, etc.
We need to remove the dc court permanently.... there should not be a dc court, instead anyone charged with crime needs to be charged in the state they have residency in. My argument is that in no place in the constitution does it say anything about a district of Columbia, the closest is how territories are dealt with.
