Life insurer refuses to cover vaccine death

An explosive case is currently being hotly debated on social media: In France, a rich, older entrepreneur from Paris is said to have died as a result of a Corona injection. Previously, he had taken out multi-million dollar life insurance policies for the benefit of his children and grandchildren, according to a media report.

Forced Corona vaccination is 'deliberate bodily harm' says toxicology expert AfD member calls on German government to stop the PCR test scam Australian army veteran: 3 of the 24 000 children vaccinated at a stadium are now dead Germany sees rise in excess mortality in Covid-19 vaccination year Hospital emergency rooms swamped by patients with 'heart conditions' German states with a high vaccination rate have the highest excess mortality Dutch deaths more than 20 percent higher than previous year average Bavarian president caught lying about unvaccinated hospitalizations The high mortality rate in Spain 'puzzles' experts Reiner Füllmich and 50 lawyers: 'The vaccines are designed to kill and depopulate the planet' Argentinian reporter suddenly collapses during live broadcast from Covid testing site

Although vaccination is recognized as the cause of death by doctors and the insurance company, it has refused to pay out. The reason is because the side effects of the Corona jabs are known and published. They argue that the deceased took part in an experiment at his own risk. Covid-19 in itself is not classed as a “critical illness”.

According to the company, an experimental vaccination resulting in death is like suicide The insurance company justified the refusal of payment to the family by stating that the use of experimental medication or treatments, including Corona injections, is expressly excluded from the insurance contract. The family’s subsequent lawsuit against the insurance company has been unsuccessful.

Even though this is France, this should start a tidal wave of problems for people. If life ins co's don't want to pay if they suspect one died of the vax, that will certainly put pressure on those that say it doesn't kill.

If they can prove this in court, some people will have a lot to answer for.

Read the details or the story. The lawyer made this outlandish claim without providing any information about the insured, the insurance company, the docket number for the (alleged) court case, etc. I will assume the whole thing is a hoax until I see more information.

“ If they can prove this in court, some people will have a lot to answer for.”

Nope. Everyone who got the shot agreed to participating in an experiment. No liability for any company.

I’m not a lawyer. But i think that’s correct

They would go bankrupt in a hurry if they had to start paying those claims out 🤪

In any case it is highly unlikely. A typical life insurance policy excludes only suicide. They have to pay for deaths from all other causes.

How long will the MSM and Big Tech be able to keep this quiet?

“the deceased took part in an experiment at his own risk. Covid-19 in itself is not classed as a “critical illness”.

Yup. People will be blamed if they don’t take the vaccination as well as if they do actually take the vaccination. It’s like forcing a person to go rock climbing and then pretending to be innocent when that person falls and breaks a rib.

So, unless you resisted to the point of death, you’re just a hapless sheep, huh?

No grace for any who cave under that of loss of livelihood, bankruptcy, mortgage default... In your book you didn’t resist the vaccine properly unless you’re, destitute, and maybe dead.

They’ll keep it quiet for a long time because it has all the appearances of a P.R. stunt by a flaky French lawyer.

You are told you are taking an experimental shot. You can’t hold the vaccine makers liable for death or injury. I don’t see why life ins. company has to be liable because you took the experimental shot.

The ins company is saying he committed suicide by taking the shot. The judge agreed. The ins company doesn’t have to pay.

Not true, read the “ account disclosures “, you will be surprised to see what they do not pay for. As the vax deaths and injuries are reaching a critical point, policies are being changed.

The life insurance company isn't "liable" for anything. They insured your life, which means they pay the claim upon your death unless the policy contains an explicit exclusion for a certain type of claim (death by suicide, for example).

This is what I posted in the previous thread linked above (Post #3). Note the bold item, which is so ridiculous that even a half-assed journalist would never even bother publishing the report in the first place.

The case was published by the family’s lawyer, Carlo Alberto Brusa, on social media. Unfortunately, no sources or court records are given, which is why the authenticity of the report cannot currently be verified although there have been other warnings regarding the risk associated with the jabs recognized by insurers.

So what we have here is some kind of fifth-rate news website (Free West Media) taking a lawyer's outlandish allegation about an insurance company refusing to pay a life insurance claim, and publishing it on its website despite openly acknowledging that it never verified the accuracy of the story.

The whole thing is a freaking hoax, people.

What one might want to realize is that ‘my book’ doesn’t matter. The fact is that anyone who participates in an experiment waives his rights to claim damage

Why attack me?

A court upheld his “stunt”.
