It’s sad, and it’s true, and I’m sure everyone on here knows people who didn’t take care of themselves. We have so many health vulnerable people in this country that we get to force everyone to take experimental injections
Also, having to “cope” with no common sense or logic must be difficult.

Type 1 diabetes can be avoidable in some cases. And can be the persons respomsibility.
Type 2 diabetes unchecked can progress to Type 1 when the pancreas finally gives out.
Obese people eating horribly can from their own actions develop type 2 diabetes, which if they keep going, can damage their pancreas and lead to type 1 diabetes.
So no, its not an automatic pass on personal responsibility.
And she is way overweight. She has control over what she shovels into her mouth.

Isn’t Justice Sotomayor the one who found her self shocked by the existence of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution? Perhaps she is too fragile both physically and mentally to serve on SCOTUS.
