Have the Canadians initiated their strike yet? And their counterparts on the US side are thinking of striking with them.
Now, toss in the fact that a pilot program is going into effect to let 18yr olds drive semi’s. Sure, that’ll work out ok.
Kids not one or two years removed from getting their driver’s licenses, hardly any experience in driving a Toyota Corolla, completely immersed in Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook, getting behind the wheel of a 70’ long truck that weighs 80,000lbs. Gonna be good.
And, for those that would like, bringing up the argument about 18-19yr olds in the military driving. They do. Under extremely strict training, guidelines, SOPs, SPEEDS, and supervision. They’re aren’t on the road, alone, big ol’ Copenhagen wad in their mouths, with Tyler Childers blaring, updating their Facebook or Instagram page.

They are doing a “slow roll” strike. I don’t agree with it, but it’s more than what we’re doing.
The *Convoy to Ottawa* started at 0700 this morning BC time. The drivers and trucks are planning to arrive there on the 29th.
Don’t forget the cannibas smoking that today’s 18 yr old (read: yesterday’s seven yr old) are indulging in.
