The main thing they do is GO AWAY after he got finished abusing them.
At $5000/night she was probably really hot and willing to get involved with his perverted actions, afterwards she was supposed to go away and not complain.
His problem was he got to weird and physically harmed the woman, who had to seek medical treatment, what’s not mentioned is all the other times he was engaged in this type of sick behavior and got away with it..

It is interesting that he went to the hospital to check on her and probably offer her additional hush money.
