I let fear drive my decision. It was last March and one of the big topics at the time was “vaccination passports” for travel, and even without specific travel plans in mind I worried about not being able to fly somewhere, when I wanted to.

Fear is the worst form of motivation sometimes.

My 84 year old father in law wanted to get the shot just because a friend of the family that is in her 40’s was getting one, after his own VA doctor told him he didn’t need one because he survived COVID. He tried to make me take him and I refused because I’m not getting a shot period. He tried to force my daughter and she refused because she is also unvax. My daughter straight up told her grandpa that she wasn’t going to live with the memories of her killing him by driving him to get a shot. He was mad for a whole day. The next day he apologized. He only wanted a shot because the family friend was getting one and he followed everything the family friend does.
At a certain age we have to be gate keepers for our elderly family members to protect them from themselves.

I agree! I had two sisters living with Mom at the time and neither one told me she was getting the vax until it was done. I found out after the stroke! I was SO mad! They both swore up and down that she begged for it because she didn’t want to get sick. When Mom got something in her head she would drive a person nuts until she got her way. After all of that, they both got vaxxed even though one of them had already had covid. They didn’t realize at the time that one of the side effects was stroke so I kind of felt sorry for them.

My baby sister and I have been talking about the cons of the vax and she has accepted a lot of info from me from the Frontline doctors and Zelenko. She asked what one of the bad side effects was and I told her blood clots and strokes. I saw it in her face when she realized what happened to Mom. Neither sister had any idea.

We all need to learn to manage our own health care. I am 77 and I have seen far too much first hand evidence of how easily it is to be disabled or even killed by modern medicine. I have to go along to a certain extent to get along because I am a 100 percent service connected disabled vet but I am struggling now to try to stay alive long enough to try to overcome my recent new prescriptions which I have stopped taking. I am not vaccinated and have had no signs of covid even though I have been in close contact with people who have tested positive a day or so later and THEY WERE vaccinated. There is zero doubt in my mind that if I had followed ALL the “doctor’s orders” I would have died many years ago.

I am not allowed to enter the VA clinic now because I CANNOT wear a mask due to being on constant oxygen because of IPF. That is the level of the current insanity,

Right now we are going to a NP and she is ok. She always wants us in for a bi-yearly check-up but we tell her we will stick to yearly as long as we are felling fine. She asks if we got the covid shot but doesn’t question it when we tell her no. We have done well so far and we do our best to stay away from crowds and only go to the store or pharmacy when needed.

Sadly, anyone who trusts government will pay the price.

My mother is currently in rehab & I am 10 hours away from home staying with her. I got the moderna booster Monday evening. Tuesday & Wednesday I was as sick as I’ve ever been: freezing chills, headaches, nausea, out of it, etc.

As God is my witness I will NEVER take another covid shot. Ever.
