A Pennsylvania appeals court has struck down the commonwealth’s landmark 2019 mail-in voting law.

In an opinion from Judge Mary Leavitt Friday morning, Commonwealth Court found that the law, which allows all Pennsylvanians to vote by mail without an excuse, was unconstitutional, agreeing with 14 House Republican lawmakers who filed suit against the law in September.

Or, as is usual, simply ignore ANY court ruling they don’t care for and proceed.

Bingo! By today you’ll hear the RAT control PA SC slap down the lower court’s ruling. The ruling by the lower court will not see the day of light! So enjoyed today’s unconstitutional ruling while it last!

Even the opinion doesn’t have much more info. They defend standing and refer to another similar case regarding the constitutional argument

Legal procedure to remove illegally-seated officials, or officials caught in criminal acts, is a quo warranto (’by what authority’). Courts are out of it due to the plenary powers granted in the US Constitution between state and federal legislatures to determine election rules and results. A court can rule that election laws were broken or not, as in this case, and whether a fraud occurred, but final resolution rests with the legislatures. An example is the actions taken after our Civil War in denying states seats in Congress for a time. Today’s problems are not from a Confederacy of states, but from a political party that should be de-certified for its bad manners.
