Same thing the Kenyan did on 9/12. A million and a half of us peacefully gathered to petition for redress of our grievances. He got in a helicopter and flew over us without ever acknowledging our presence. It wouldn’t have surprised me if the SOB had leaned out and given us all the finger.

The point I am making is that as heartening as this Convoy is, it is not going to change a thing. Some kind of nationwide trucker strike that causes all the grocery stores to be empty might have an effect. But they don’t care how many people protest as long as that’s all they’re going to do. They do not fear you. As far as the optics are concerned, remember they have the entire media essentially working for them.

When die hard Democrats go to the store and can’t get food for a week then they will take notice. But not before.

But you say people will suffer if that happens. Yes they will but not as much as they’re going to suffer if it doesn’t happen.

Could be. But there are a bunch of additional if not different circumstances in play now than when Ohaha was in. A whole lotta plates spinning on the ends of sticks than back in his time, the whole planet and not just us is in an uproar over comparable issues, a lot of people mad about the same stuff. No way would you catch me trying to predict what a reaction to an action might come to these days.
