Hope you get better. I had a spinal fusion and 10 years later the pain never ends. A puppy will force you to do physical therapy you never thought possible.

I have to get out of the cold. Winter is debilitating.
I know 2 women who had the spinal fusion because of chronic pain. They literally skipped around like children. I was so happy for them. 3 weeks later, they both were hit by pain that was worse than the original. I don’t understand the process, why that would happen.
