I imagine that at some time in the (distant?) future, FReepers will finally realize that what they have been calling the “Deep State” is in reality, our entire government. The rot that corrupt, career politicians exude has wended its way into every department of every agency and elected office that comprise the institution.

I loathe them all. I can think of a tiny handful of ‘politicians’ that I would trust in my foxhole. A POX on all of their houses!
Yep, I finally did over the last two years.
I went from thinking it was a somewhat small subset,although way too powerful,
to wow, I think there’s a lot more infiltration than I thought, it sure is pervasive, even the guys on “our side” seem to be corrupt..
to: are there ANY of them, whether elected, bureaucrat, corporate, tech CEOs, universities and schools, media,...
Is there ANYONE who is good, who has integrity, who is not willing to sell us all into slavery at the earliest opportunity? Is there even ONE who is true and will stand up for us and actually can accomplish something to clear out the rot?
