Wagner Group mercenaries are leaving Africa en masse for Eastern Europe, The Daily Beast reported. The Wagner Group is reportedly funded by an ally of Vladimir Putin. Russia has amassed troops and weaponry at its border with Ukraine, with the US warning of an invasion. Russian mercenaries are being pulled from Africa and redeployed to Eastern Europe, as Moscow amasses forces at Ukraine's border, The Daily Beast reported.

Twenty soldiers with the Wagner Group, a private military organization that's been described as "Putin's private army," left the Central African Republic in January, with more preparing to leave, officials in the country told the outlet.

Officials said it was the first major withdrawal of mercenaries, who were hired by the CAR government, in more than four years. "It's the first time we are hearing that dozens have departed in a month," a military official said, per The Daily Beast.

An offshoot of the Wagner Group known as Task Force Rusich is also readying to infiltrate Ukraine, The Daily Beast previously reported.

As of Monday, Russia has sent more than 130,000 troops to Ukraine's borders, according to Ukraine's military. Moscow is also seeking "active recruitment of mercenaries," Ukrainian military intelligence service said last week.

The US is warning that Russia will invade soon, though Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has reportedly told President Joe Biden to tone down the scaremongering.

If Putin is pulling hard currency earning mercenaries back to Russia, then he has little faith in the fighting ability of today’s Russian army.

Putin could send 100,000 Russian troops to Mexico and Mayorkass would just wave them across the border, load them on planes and send them all over the country.

So it was 100,000 troops last week. Now its 130,000. It’ll probably be 150,000 soon. I expect to see reported that there are more troops on the border than the entire 240,000 man Russian Army in another month.

Mercenaries from the Wagner Group were almost wiped out in 2018 by U.S. airstrikes after a foolish attack on our small outpost in Syria.

the entire 240,000 man Russian Army

Is actually 850,000 Active, 250,000 reserve, 250,000 paramilitary from one source

Another gives Army strength as 400,000 contractors and 225,000 conscripts

With another 500,000 Active in the other branches.

In addition, some of the 6,000 from the Wagner Group

The numbers are in dispute with the Wagner Group citing as few as 15 were killed. So its all over the map with no reliable accurate count.

What did happen was the Russian got loads of ELINT, giving them the capability to jam the AC-130 comms and GPS systems as well as other systems - they later demonstrated these methods in other places in Syria.

I heard an audio of the Wagner Group forces during the attack. It was a bloody nightmare for them. I also saw a video of body bags being unloaded. There were many more than 15 bags on just one flight. The estimated 300-400 KIA included both Syrian and Russian forces. Most sources say that approximately 100 Russians were killed. Here is one report suggesting that Putin delayed the return of bodies and the issue of death certificates until after the March 2018 election.

The USA takes 130K+ Per month illegally into our country. Per month. Think about that. For 2 years now we have allowed that many to invade hoping that they are not insurgents.
