Exactly! Camilla is quite likable now that we have Meghan Markle in the picture!

It doesn’t work that way.

RE: An adulterous divorcee as Queen.
Wow, things sure changed since Uncle David and Aunt Wallis.

Better than a King who had his wife executed to marry another woman.

I thought Charles didn’t want to be king.

Camilla is a homewrecker and should never be queen of anything IMHO.

Charles dated Camilla before she married and he was told she was not someone he could marry.

I’ve never been able to understand why the British people allowed Henry VIII to cause such religious upheaval in the country simply because Rome wouldn’t grant him a divorce from his wife Catherine of Aragon. He had a temper tantrum, and it has f*cked up England for centuries. I can’t believe nobody ever tried to assassinate his selfish fat ass.

Harry is currently sixth in line. I don’t think anybody needs to worry about the Markle person.

I know that I am crossing threads, and I apologize.

I just hope that you would give Kamala (I mean Camilla) another look as to sexual impropriety (and Charles, too.)

There is no excuse for affairs, betrayal, infidelity.

I’d just like a slice of cake from the wedding, which I’ll keep in a poorly ventilated basement for six decades before selling.

Nothing I have read about Charles has ever made him sound likeable. And yet, reading about his marriage with Diana I did feel some sympathy for hi, He comes across as a pompous stuffed shirt. From what I’ve read about her, I really think she had borderline personality disorder and must have been a horror to live with.

Because the queen did not want her heir marrying a commoner-it wasn’t an issue for Andrew since he was the “spare”-so he married Fergie-a commoner. Camilla got Edwin Parker Bowles as her consolation prize, and Charles married the ditzy and over-advertised Diana in a big public arranged marriage ceremony-and apparently no one was was happy with the situation for long...

I think she was a weak sister and major drama queen-she had a tantrum or a mental meltdown every time she didn’t get her way, even though she knew Charlie loved his mistress, Camilla, and only married her because she had noble blood-royal marriages are usually not made for love and never have been until recently-with William and Kate-it doesn’t matter who Harry married-even the golddigger Meghan-because he is not the heir, but the spare...

My Brit neighbor told me about all that-she follows the royal doings, like so many Brits-but I personally like Camilla-she is a strong, independent woman who stands by her man-and likely keeps him from acting like a complete idiot, since she has known him intimately for about half a century-and doesn’t care if you like her or not-she will tell people to f*** off if they bother her-and that is refreshing to see...

Not true. Elizabeth and Phillip were a love match. There was opposition to Phillip but Elizabeth was persistent and her parents finally relented.
