My mind has changed on Camilla. She has accepted her role and mostly avoids controversy and saying stupid things. Its entirely possible she keeps Charles from being too much of an ass. Maybe the Queen recognizes that.
Kate is the most sensible of the whole lot, but Camilla actually doesn’t do to badly either.
