A very good question. I'd venture that surrounding these 'ghost flights' with armed 'public officials' and sending them back to where they came from, without a single illegal foot touching Florida soil, would be a good step.
I don't know how 'legal' this might be, but seeing it's action taken to neutralize an already illegal act on the part of the FedGov™, it might be a good acid test for states rights.
He actually sent Florida troopers to Texas to help man the border earlier this year. Not sure in exactly what capacity but I’m sure it was to help stop the flow as much as possible. Said he felt he could justify it since they get bused to Florida once they get through.
